Delivery, Postage and Payment

Prices and Payment

All item prices exclude delivery and taxes. Payment is required at the time of placing the order.  We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders for delivery within 48 contiguous US States. Delivery to other US States may be more. We will contact you before dispatching your order if this is the case.

We offer expedited shipping to the 48 contiguous US States.  If you elect this option, there will be shipping charge irrespective of the order value.  The charge you pay will be dependent on the the value of the order.  Shipping charges are clearly displayed before the order could be placed.

Delivery

We will choose the appropriate carrier depending on the size of the order. We only use reputable couriers to deliver your goods.  All the orders can be tracked and we will send out an email confirmation with the details of dispatch. We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 working days and expect to deliver your order within the delivery timelines based on the shipping option chosen at the time of placing the order. Goods remain our responsibility, until they are delivered to you.

The standard transit time for Standard Delivery is 3 to 7 business days after dispatch and for all Expedited Delivery it is 2 to 3 business days after dispatch, although majority of orders are delivered before this.

For international destinations, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you chose at the time of the order.  Most orders are delivered within 15 business days from the date of shipment confirmation.  However, we request you to allow up to 30 days from the date of shipment for the orders to arrive at your address.  If the goods are not delivered beyond this period, please send us a message or call the helpline and we will be happy to help you on priority.

Moreover if you have any concerns regarding the shipment please feel free to drop us an email at support@treewool.com and we will respond to you within 12 working hours.  You can also use the chat option in our website to chat with one of our friendly colleagues, who would be happy to help you.  If we are unavailable on chat for any reason we will respond to you as soon as we are back.

We only display items that are in stock and therefore ship them to you upon order acceptance. If we are out of stock of any of the items on your order, outside our reasonable control, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to let you know. We will agree with you whether to send part of your order or wait until we have all the items in your order to send. In such cases, if you agree to get part of your order dispatched, we will ship the remaining items without charging any additional shipping, when they become available.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to cancel all or part of your order, you may do so within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. You can do this by e-mailing to support@treewool.com, quoting your order number.

We will either ask you to post the item(s) or at our discretion we may arrange a collection.  Your refund will only be limited to the cost of the items you are returning.  You may have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us. Goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us. All item(s) returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, including any packaging and labels.

Refunds are effected within 3 business days of receiving the product back in our warehouse.  You will receive an email communication with the details of the refund.

Defect Reporting

All our goods are inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event, if there are any problems with the items, you will be able to return them to us free of cost. If that happens please contact our friendly customer care colleagues either via your account or by an email to support@treewool.com, quoting your order number and we will be happy to help you.  Please note, you will have to report any defects within thirty (30) days beginning with the date on which your order is delivered to you.  Beyond the 30 day period your return request will be treated as change of mind return.

Responsibility of Care

While the goods remain with us or with our contracted carriers prior to being delivered to you, the responsibility of care is upon us.  This means, if you find the shipping package is damaged or if there is an evidence of package having been tampered with, you can refuse the package and contact us by email to support@treewool.com quoting your order number.  We will rectify the situation for you.

Once the items are delivered to you, then the responsibility of care is transferred on to you.  This means, if you choose to return the product it is your responsibility to take good care of the product and its packaging and ensure that they are delivered to us safely.  You may choose to obtain insurance cover with the carrier, for your peace of mind.  In case the item is not returned to us in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct the assumed loss of value of the product, from the original amount paid by you for the product and refund the balance to you.  In such cases we also reserve the right to withhold the return postage charges (if we offered a pre-paid return label) from the amount to be refunded to you.

Money Back Guarantee

We offer a full peace of mind 90 Day Money Back Guarantee.  This means, for any reason or for no reason, you can return the goods to us in unused condition after 14 days and within 90 days of receiving the delivery of your order. For example, if you bought items in anticipation of an event or for guests who are expected, but the goods remain unused for 90 calendar days, you may choose to return them to us for full refund of the price you paid for the product, excluding any postage charges you might have paid at the time of the order.  You may have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us.  Please send an email to support@treewool.com.  We will send you further instructions for returning the goods to us.  Goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us. We suggest you using a tracked delivery method for this purpose.
